After customer approval of the system design, Flame Protect Trained & Certified installers proceed with the installation. They follow the approved design layout. The installation is completed accordingly.
After installation, a handover document is created, Quality Control Checklists are completed per ISO 9001, and photos/videos of key installation points are sent to the Flame Product Audit team. The team reviews and certifies the installation. Any errors are corrected and re-certified.
The Flame Protect Quick Suppression System (FP-QSS) operates on two System (FP-QSS) operates on two technologies - Direct and Indirect.
Direct System:
Heat-sensitive tubing bursts or forms a nozzle upon contact with heat or flames, releasing the extinguishing agent directly onto the fire for immediate suppression. This system is ideal for panels with multiple compartments, ensuring precise and efficient fire control.
Indirect System:
The heat-sensitive tube acts as a detection device, releasing the extinguishing agent through fixed nozzles via a secondary pipeline. Perfect for large compartments like UPS, server racks, CNC machines, generator canopies, bus engines, enclosed transformers, and more.
